I am here for some help with setting up SequenceServer for a custom analysis. I have gone through the documentation but I am facing issu.
I have managed to get SequenceServer running & I am able to upload sequences. I am struggling with configuring it to handle a custom analysis tool I need for my project. I am trying to integrate a new database that I want to search against but the process is not as straightforward as I thought.
Has anyone here worked on similar custom configurations or have tips on best practices for modifying SequenceServer to handle custom tools and databases? I am working with some java components for the integration & any pointers on things to check, common pitfalls or resources to consult would be greatly appreciated!
