Looks like you have encountered a bug in SequenceServer. Could you please report this incident to your admin or to [SequenceServer Google Group](https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/sequenceserver) (if you are the admin), quoting the error message below?
Looks like you are running out of memory (RAM). What device is this on? How big is the blast? Does it help to restrict the number of queries and / or the output such as by specifying a stronger evalue using -evalue, restricting number of hits using -max_target_seqs?
