sequenceserver format-databases error

Hi,

When I try to format the NCBI nr database I received this error.

Could you help me to solve this problem.

Hi Fred,

Thanks for your interest in seqserv. Unfortunately we do not currently support the running of seqserv servers from windows machines, and the problem you report appears to be windows-specific.

I’ve added this information to the bug report that talks about windows support here - thanks for providing the stack trace.
