Hi all,
We just squashed a bug in SequenceServer that could cause the middle line of the alignment to be displayed incorrectly if the alignment had an indel spanning two or more residues. Thus, this update is strongly recommended for all.
As always, to update, just run “sudo gem install sequenceserver” and restart SequenceServer (ps: some users may not need to use sudo).
