Anyone know how to solve this error message?
Hi,
This happens when BLAST crashes before completion and thus doesn’t generate any output.
Two suggestions:
- Use latest version of SequenceServer
- Use pre-compiled BLAST binaries from NCBI - SequenceServer will automatically download these for you if BLAST is not already installed on your system
If you are not running this instance of SequenceServer yourself, you may want to forward the above to the concerned person.
