Hi all,
I just made a minor release fixing misleading evalue display in hits table that would cause, for e.g., evalue of 0.0001 to be displayed as 0.00. I would like to note here that evalue shown along with alignment details (together with gaps, identities, etc.) didn’t have this issue.
This update is important and is recommended for all.
As usual, to update just run:
$ sudo gem install sequenceserver
