Thanks for your interest in sequenceserver. If you are trying to deploy sequenceserver with apache, it might be simplest to install ruby system-wide, rather than in your home directory with rvm (or equivalently, run “rvm use system” before configuring seqserv.
What is the output of these commands?
$ rvm use
$ gem list sequenceserver
