Dear all,
As a non-coding biologist, I was struggling to setup a local Blast tool on my sequence databases on Mac OSX. Command lines seemed to be the only solution freely available, a bit scary for me. I quickly found out that Sequenceserver was the best (if not only) option for me. Much to my surprise I could quickly start searching my own sequences collections. Thus I would like to thank all the developers for providing such a tool for the newbie I am. My question is : do you intend to incorporate the other BLAST options such as PSI BLAST?
