need info on error when blasting sequence

everything looks good until i put in a sequence and get
"
Internal Server Error
Input/Output error
WEBrick/1.3.1 (Ruby/1.8.7/2011-12-28) at 10.xxx.xxx.xx:4567
"
i searched the forum and didn’t find any threads with this error

Try launching with -D option and see if there’s a more detailed error message in the terminal after you run BLAST.
