Jbrowse link doesn't work

Hello, I followed the tutorial to link sequenceserver’s BLAST results to JBrowse.
( Customization · JBrowse )

I used the example links.rb file but changed the url to the address of my genome browser.

When I use sequenceserve, there is a JBrowse link on the results page. However, when you click the link, it doesn’t take you to JBrowse, it takes you to a page with an error message pasted below.

I made sure that the database_dir was correct and the url inside links.rb was correct. Sequenceserver works correctly until I click the JBrowse link.

We got it working. Passing links.rb to seqeunceserver as an argument doesn’t work. We had to modify the file /var/lib/gems/2.5.0/gems/sequenceserver-2.0.0/lib/sequenceserver/links.rb

Thank you for the update @Joseph-Vineland

Can you share what the issue with links.rb was?
