installation of sequenceServer on windows WAMP server

Dear sequenceServer team
I am trying to install sequenceServer in WAMP Server on windows 7. But after several trying I am unable to to install it. So, please help me to figure it out. I eagerly waiting for your help and advice.

Unfortunately, SequenceServer is not supported “directly” on Windows. You will have to use cygwin 1 or the likes to get a unix environment within Windows, and install it there.
