Hosting configuration

Hi,

I have 2 issues here.

  1. I have a difficulty to change the hosting of sequenceserver. I managed to host it using default port at localhost:4567. But now, I want to move it to a directory whereby I use Ubuntu, so that my parent folder is here:

/opt/lampp/htdocs/myProject

and planning to put the sequenceserver in /opt/lampp/htdocs/myProject/blast

Please advice for such arrangement.

  1. How to edit the interface of the page?
