My project is about Visualisation of BLAST result, and integrate the visualisation with SequenceServer to make it a more easier for the users. Here is a summary of my project.

I am a third year Undergraduate Student of Department of Mathematics,Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur , enrolled in its Integrated M.Sc. course in Mathematics and Computing. My major academic interest lie in Machine Learning, Data Science and Neural Networks.
