Future features

Hi all,

I just had a couple of questions about future features which could be added:

The ability to use the -task parameter from command line blast (specifically blastn-short)

A way to save a local copy of the output (other than copy/paste)

SS can do that. In the advanced parameters box (left of blast
button), add '-task blastn-short' (without the quotes).
