Error while starting the sequence server.
Help would be appreciated

YAML is white space sensitive. Is your config.yml properly indented?

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in seqserv. What happens when you remove the whitespace in front of the ` port: 4567’ line ?

If that doesn’t work do you mind putting a copy of your config.yml in a github gist please?
