Blasting a single nucleotide sequence, I’ve got a message evoking an error! I used the same procedure before and it worked correctly. I wonder why? Any Advice? many thnaks!

I am wondering too - this is affecting a few more people. Based on the paths in the reported stack trace, everyone facing this issues seems to be running Ruby 1.8.

Are you running SequenceServer yourself?

  • Could you try with Ruby 2.1 or higher.
  • Is this Ubuntu / Mac / or what?

Are you using SequenceServer setup by someone else?

  • Could you ask that person to help with above questions?
